The gooey peanut butter center is what sold me—it stays soft even after sitting in the fridge for a couple days. Each cookie’s got a nice balance of chocolate and salty peanut crunch, and one’s plenty to kill a sweet craving.
The roasted peanuts on top add a great crunch against the gooey peanut butter center, and they're sweet without being cloying. I've already eaten four of these in two days, they're dangerously good.
