The ginger and lemon combination is perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and those chia seeds give them a lovely little crunch. These have become my go-to afternoon snack—they’re satisfying without being heavy.
The lemon and ginger taste is decent, but the chia seeds make the texture a bit gritty for my liking. They're filling enough as a snack though.
