I’d been burned by so-called gourmet cookie subscriptions before, but the toasted hazelnut bits on top actually had a nice crunch that didn’t turn soggy by day three. The praline filling is generously spread, not just a sad smear, and it stays creamy even after a quick microwave.

The chewy blonde texture is spot on, and that creamy hazelnut praline in the middle is dangerously good. I've already gone through three of the twelve pack in one sitting.
